How much is shipping cost

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘Buy Now’.Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

Do you ship Internationally

Yes! We ship worldwide. Currently we ship to Indonesia for IDR 30.000,- and selected countries $50. Please contact our concierge team to find out the delivery options for your country: info@chameleonindonesia.com

How to track my Order

I want to purchase a gift for my friend, will the product be sent with a receipt with the price?

All Chameleon Indonesia items will be sent with a gift receipt for returns and has all pricing stickers and tags removed. Any item purchased is perfect as a gift!

But in the event that you don’t, we’d be happy to offer you a refund or exchange,as long as they meet the following conditions: Items are in unworn, in unused condition and are returned in the original packaging, have no signs of wear or damage You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

How do I make a return/exchange?

Please email info@chameleonindonesia.com to request a return or exchange (this must be done within 7 days of delivery). We will be in touch via email once your request has been reviewed. We will then provide you with further instructions and a return form that you will need to print and place inside the bag or box so we can identify your items upon arrival. And, you will need to cover the cost of shipping your item back to us.
